In winter I realized that in order to lead a better life I needed to start loving myself. For that season it was all taking breaks, bath bombs, and good weed.

In spring I learned that loving yourself isn't always easy. Sometimes it's letting go of people/habits that harm you, thinking inwardly and expressing it outwardly. Sometimes self care is hard work, and that's the toughest thing to learn. This tape is for that journey, for when you need to improve upon yourself, slowly and surely.
